Does anyone know if biomimicry principles have been studied as they might apply to policing? I'm interested in learning whether nature may have a solution as to how to better organize and police a community so the police, and the community they police, can be more effective and do a better job than what we see now.

I don't know of any applications so far to policing, but I think there could be interesting lessons to learn from nature. The allocation of resources is key in nature, as it is in communities. I look forward to reading people's ideas.
