I am a masters student of Rural, Sustainable, and Community Development. I am in the reserach phase of building an ecovillage. The idea of the ecovillage, and any development project I take on would be to minimize the human interferance. We want to use and integrate the ecosystem / biomimicry principles into every step and part of the community and the economy. As an economist / sociologist by training I have little to add to the discussions here, but a lot to learn.
