After 15 years working in media, entertainment, design and online start-ups I have launched my own firm, Open Colony.  We have a for profit business in executive recruiting and organizational design consulting and a non-profit innovation forum, The Salon.  In both entities we practice what we preach with transparency, global collaboration, design and support of sustainable work, companies and economies.  We are developing content, research (over time!) and data visualizations which look to nature for executable models and solutions for our work and those we work for.  We also collaborate with companies, integrating technologies, systems or services which complement ours.

I live in Missoula, MT and Berkeley, CA and travel extensively around the globe for work (and fun).
