After receiving my MS from TCU while studying green roofs, a fellow student and myself formed Prairie Designs. Prairie Designs is a green roof consulting and products firm. Our patent-pending XeroGlade product mimics the Walnut limestone formation barrens and glades habitat of north central Texas. XeroGlade makes living roofs possible in the southwest by maximizing the plant available water.
Prairie Designs is interested in developing more products and systems based on the natural systems and processes we've studied in the field.
