I have worked internationally in China, Australia, the United States and Europe as a sole proprietor and in companies, in collaboration with designers, engineering teams and inventors. My work has included managing design teams, working with innovation teams and providing research based strategic services such as international integration, cultural barrier bridging and creative problem solving. I have run training sessions and workshops in creative strategy, design thinking, and using ethnographic research tools for innovation and design.
My ultimate goal in design is to use good information to improve design effectiveness and progress through the development of elegant and complete systems and the implementation of appropriate strategies.
I have limited experience in Biomimicry but a strong interest.
I have a working knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) and to a lesser extent French.
