I am a retired software engineer living in a tire bale home that my husband and I built in the mountains of Colorado. We prevented 17,000 tires from being dumped into a landfill, instead using them in the walls of our home--as well as other recyclables. I am interested in the three Rs (reduce, recylce, reuse), energy conservation and generation, and educating others on an individual's part so that we can all keep living on our planet.
