I am a third year student at
the university of Reading, England, currently completing my dissertation
on biomimicry and how it can potentially help architecture. My official
title is:
Does the integration of biomimetic innovation into architectural design process affect the performance of conventional commercial buildings? - A UK case study
I came across biomimicry when searching for my dissertation title. I researched it and became fascinated with the innovation that nature can provide, implementing new sustainable ways of changing conventional building methods. My interest now is to find evidence of current bio-inspired projects and analyse their feasability when compared to conventional building methods.
